Is it worth changing the native cooler on a standard video card?

I drive video gigabyte 660 TI. When overclocked, it heats up to 60-70 degrees. What kind of cooling would you recommend (Do not offer water cooling). Budget 1000 r. ! Is it possible to stick some kind of standard cooler on top there? And how do you deal with cooling when overclocking? Thank you!

50 - 70 degrees is not so much. I could be wrong, but it seemed to me that the cooling system of a video card is somewhat more complicated than that of a processor and it is not changed on video cards, all cooling is thought out by the manufacturer. Moreover, usually the manufacturer already overclocks the video card to optimal values.

I agree: 60-70 degrees is not so much. Replace thermal paste, clean the heatsink from dust, check/organize the airflow in the case (tell me the case model).
Regarding overclocking, it is necessary to monitor the set voltage (msi afteburner), it may be possible to reduce it, which will most of all affect the reduction in heat dissipation of the video card.
