Is it worth changing i5 to fx?

Processor i5 3340
memory Kingston HyperX KHX1600C10D3 /4g 2 pieces
I think to replace with
fx 6100 - but overclock to 4-4+ GHz
Memory use tighter Kingston HyperX KHX1600C10D3 /4g 2 pieces
But msi 760GM-P21 (FX) motherboard does not support memory frequency more than 1333
Will there be any sense in changing the processor and what about the memory?
Overclock the memory controller?
(I’ve been watching videos on overclocking all hardware for 2 days, I really don’t understand anything)
I ask for your help.

so fx are not very smart stones. not to mention the fact that the 3340 is a couple of years younger than the same 6100. I would still understand if there was a pentium initially, but change i5 to fx - only if you get paid extra or get a couple of free massages.

I think it's not worth changing i5 to fx at all. Processors from AMD are an order of magnitude weaker than processors from Intel. If AMD has 6 cores, then compared with Intel, this is a 4-core processor. I think you understand me.
