Is it worth building a landing page on a page builder?

In fact, I can type and integrate into the engine (and I do) and have never worked with constructors. Recently I saw elementor and the first thought in my head: "Damn, ideal from the point of view of the customer, editing and adding new content right in live mode."
With the classical approach (layout with pens), you can hardly provide such a convenient and multifunctional editing method to the customer. That is, it turns out that assembling a landing page on elementor has at least one advantage over layout with pens, namely: maximum usability for the customer. And when you think about the advantages of manual layout over assembly by a designer, nothing comes up. Damn, this elementor is just a beast, it will collect any landing, it allows you to do so much that it’s even a shame :(
I just took and discounted a certain amount of work that I, as a developer, can do.
What do I usually do to give the customer a way to edit the content of the site? I create groups of custom fields using advanced custom fields and link them to the desired post, either a custom post type or a custom taxonomy. For example, I create a "Page Section" post type, create a post of this type, create a field group for this post via afc and link it to it.
However, this whole process is so routine and tedious that sometimes you wonder: "Is it right that I display the content of the site this way? Isn't there a better way?"
And then you start to think: "Isn't it better to do it stupidly on the constructor? What problems can arise that do not arise with manual layout?" And if there are no obstacles, then why not, especially since editing the site in ive-mode is more pleasant usability than picking in arbitrary fields.
Has the time really come when it is more expedient to collect landing pages and business card sites on an elementor-type constructor than to do all the work manually in theme templates?
A quick question: "How do you solve this problem? What way of editing the content of the site do you provide to the customer?"
Please share if you do it differently.

The same topic. Sometimes you stuff to the fullest and quietly sit for days at the PC. You show someone the thread, and he's like, oh, norms. Do you think, umm, am I doing everything right??
How I solved this problem.
We take a WP, set it up, set up an html template, then plugins, custom fields, shortcodes, your ccs, which you will learn by heart (like class="pt20" is already registered as a top 20px padding) in short, we bring it to full working condition and here is the most interesting ! WE ARCHIVE.
Then, when we need a new site, we simply extract it on the hosting and get a x2 increase in site build speed. Everything is ready, it remains to correct the little things, fill in the pictures there and insert php from the donor.
Those, as it were, are doing a null assembly, which is already ready for launch and is just waiting for the layout layout.
No matter how much I tried to master page builders - one trouble, as soon as you need some kind of "cool" news slider or "calculator" - sleep.
So just optimize your workflow. How can you.

If the customer is not familiar with HTML, then there is nothing for him to do in the admin panel.

I settled on Wysiwyg Web Builder, unlike WP and Elementor, there is more room for creativity. If php and MySQL are familiar, then if necessary, you can attach the admin panel for the landing page, or use the one that comes with the kit.
