Is it worth bothering with raising Active Directory with Zentyal Linux?

Since my budget is deplorable, I decided to look for analogues for implementing AD and came across Linux Zentyal. According to the description, it can do almost everything that windows server does. But is it really so? Who had a good experience in using this open source?
