Is it the responsibility of the architect to review the prices of the technology stack?

I made a presentation at work with an overview of the Bamboo + BitBucket + Clover + Crucible + FishEye stack. 100+ slides, a competent presentation (whoever wants to send it in a personal message, at the same time tell me if it turned out well))) Now business is asking me about prices, servers and other lobuda that has absolutely nothing to do with development. In this regard, the question is - to read about licenses, about the cost, to evaluate the value of implementing a stack for business, should I, as an architect and part-time Major or business analyst (which is)?

It happens this way and that.
A good architect generally has an idea about the cost of implementation. Because price is one of the factors for an architect to use or not to use technology.

In essence, the answer is that everyone has different distribution of responsibilities in the company. Formally, you are obliged to do what is written in your official duties (they are required by law to be, you had to sign them when applying for a job).
Informally - you need to look at how it is customary in your company.
Generally speaking - servers and prices are directly related to development. The task of the developer (architect) is to provide the cheapest suitable solution according to the criteria of the problem.
And business analysts most likely do not know about technologies and what servers are required for them. And, in general, they shouldn't. Business analysts are those who listen to what business people tell them, translate it into the language of logic and diagrams, and pass it on to developers. To put it simply.
