Is it possible, when querying based on data from two tables, to transform the data in the records of the generated query?

There are two tables, the operator, filling in a certain form, forms one of the tables completely (in the example "Fillable table 2"), he also fills in the second table (in the example "Fillable table 1"). But the second table can also be replenished from other sources. The task at formation of request from these two tables. In the "Version" field (in the example Version "DateTab1") display the latest version, and in the "Date" field display only the dates of the "visit" (in the example this is the "DateTab2" field), but if the date is from table 1 (that is, in field "DateTab1"), greater than the date in table 2 (in the field "DateTab2"), then put some mark in the generated report, for example, an asterisk (*) after this date or version, as if symbolizing that the version has already been updated after visiting...

Because I don't know how to glue the fields in the query, because I need the date itself from the second table and a mark next to it (a mark based on the difference in dates from the two tables).
That's why I implemented the association "crookedly", through reports:
That's how it happened.
