Cyrillic URLs are indexed in much the same way as those written in Latin. But still it is better to avoid them: firstly, even the smallest and most beautiful links will be converted by UTF-8 into a completely creepy, not "human-understandable" form, and secondly, the use of Cyrillic, in fact, in its original form is prohibited in robots.txt files and server response http headers.
