Is it possible to write a stream from steam directly to a file (linux)?

You need to record the stream to a file for later viewing. I personally find the wget one-liner to be ideal. Could you advise if this can be done? Maybe some script needs to be done?
An example of a stream link: steamcommunity.com/broadcast/watch/76561198046896466
The link is purely for example, of course, it can be any other.
Or, as an option, offer other solutions that are not demanding on hardware resources in terms of capture (it is supposed to write to a file on an Atom netbook).
Thank you for your help.

Here comrades show that it is not easy to do so.
IMHO an atom may not be enough.

Your version of "fu-fu".
Use ffmpeg and you'll be fine.

ffmpeg is certainly a wonderful tool, but what does it need to feed? x11grab on a netbook is at least not appropriate here.
