I need to write an application (script, program) for WhatsApp so that I can send messages from my number to a specific list of phones.

of course, the option is purely neighing, but you can raise the android in emulation on Windows and write a clicker that will "poke" the necessary buttons in the virtual android and whatsapp running on it. Thus, it will break only when the interface changes (which happens not often), but it will only work on a separate physical machine, during which it will be impossible to do anything :)
