Is it possible to write a full-fledged messenger for android and ios using: Cordova, layout, and backend on node.js?
PS I know that there will be a laguche application, no need to warn.

Yes, you can. I wrote an application with a chat https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.... it turned out well, better than the same thing but in the browser. Not exactly a messenger, but it has everything that regular messengers have.
