Is it possible to write a control program to control distribution networks?

Many copies have been broken in a dispute with programmers on this subject . Programmers claim that everything depends on the TK. And I think that you need to be both an engineer and a programmer in order to develop the "reflexes" of the distribution network at least at the initial stage. The programs that exist at the moment are just OICs, i.e. telemechanization interfaces, eyes and hands. The brain is still a person.

As one phrase says, "assisted decision-making systems are called such not because they are not smart enough, but because in the event of a fakup, the operator, that is, the person, will sit down"

look in the direction of automated control systems for scada systems, which have long been used both at manufacturers of energy and heat carriers to control and manage huge distributed networks to end consumers, the same power lines, for example

And so the answers poured in. The energy companies of America are attacked by hackers "like from Russia", and all because of the control system. Type in systems found vulnerabilities.
And our (Seng) power systems are more resistant to cyber attacks. Why? The answers are clearly on the shelves here . We still do not have a large external superstructure. While much is tied to the person. This is both bad and good at the same time, so that it doesn’t turn out like in Die Hard4)
