Is it possible to work with nix soft RAID from windows?

Greetings.
Here an interesting question arose, or rather the idea of modeling the situation.
We take a computer on two disks of 1Tb each, beat them each "in half" ...
- on the first disk on the first partition we plant Windows (in terms of Nix it will be, for example / sda1)
- on the second disk on the first partition we put nixes (/ sdb1) , and from the second two disk partitions we make a RAID mirror (md0 = /sda2 + /sdb2
) load from LiveCD and rebuild the array, or at least extract data from the surviving disk) ... But what about Winduza ??? How to have an opportunity to work with this raid from Windows?
Due to insufficient knowledge and experience, I have only one idea - to use a certain virtual machine in Windows (for example, VirtBox), attach disk partitions that are included in the ride with some kind of tambourine, assemble it in it and set up work with these disks through the virtual machine as through network for example?
But there are a lot of unknown and incomprehensible =))) Maybe there is a more sane way?
Addition: everyone who talks about external storage, backups, separate systems, etc. with network access. I know perfectly well that this is CORRECT and EASIER!!!
But the situation is exactly this - there is a computer / laptop, with two disks, on which work is periodically carried out "isolated" and without any connection with the outside world and no networks at all, and it requires the possibility of NORMAL work with data both under Windows and under niks + data must be stored in a secure format.
These are UNCHANGABLE initial conditions, and under them the question is asked.

The correct option is to run Windows in a virtual machine inside Linux. more stable, more reliable, and you can put Windows on cancer.
wrong, but working option: in virtualbox, transfer partitions from the screw inside the virtual machine, there is such functionality through the console. in a guest linux, collect a raid and give it to venda through a shamba.

Such complication of the system only increases the probability of failures. All you need is a regular data backup. To do this, you can use one of the laptop drives or external drives of any type.
