Is it possible to work in a pair of cwdm xfp 1310 and simple xfp on 1310 via mux/demux? In mux / demux, the operating wavelength for receiving and transmitting is 1310.

No. CWDM modules have a more accurate laser. And the light from a conventional module will simply scatter over the entire spectrum after passing through the cwdm prism.
