Is it possible to work in IT without a degree?

This year I'm finishing school, and I don't know if it makes sense to go to university.
I want to work in IT. Good command of C++, Java, PHP, HTML, JavaScript and PS/Ai
There are many awards from IT contests for schoolchildren and several worthy projects.
Most of all, he is drawn to the game girl for Android.
So, can I find a job in Ukraine or Poland without a diploma but with skills?

In Ukraine it is easy, in Poland it will be more difficult, since you will be assessed first of all by a recruitment agent.

Remotely - yes, but it is unlikely that someone will keep it in the office. Especially abroad. But it won't affect your salary. In general, if you are so drawn, go to the apprenticeship and get a junior, and then think further. Don't drop out of college without a good reason or a fallback.

Go to university 100%. For a party / correspondence course, for a non-humanitarian specialty that you are guaranteed to master. I don’t see any point in going to the it specialty, everything changes faster than the educational program is updated. It's good to go to some kind of general management, it will come in handy when you grow up in leadership.
The reality is that now without VO you can work in any it areas except for enterprise development. But this is due to a wild shortage of personnel. In 5-10 years the situation may change, I think.
