Can I buy one theme and use it on 3 of my sites (home service sites in small towns) in violation of the license? I studied some information, but I want to know more about what can happen. I ask the question for the sake of educational program, the work of programmers should be paid!

Well, you can break something, and it’s unlikely that anyone will bother because of several small sites, especially if you clean all the tails in the code and compress the pictures so that the hash does not match (this is one of the commonly used methods for detecting patterns - checking images from it by hash). In general, you can just find free templates somewhere and not worry.
