How to sell child themes for Genesis on Themeforest?

Friends, hello.
I am mired in these licenses. If I make child themes for the Genesis Framework and want to sell them on ThemeForest, then:
1) Do buyers need to buy Genesis themselves?
2) Can I just put them in the genesis archive (it's gpl), and my child theme. Many premium themes are sold there like this: the theme itself and the child theme to work with it.
3) If they need to buy the Genesis itself, then it probably won't be sold, so a counter question: where can I sell the Genesis child theme then?
