Is it possible to use Yandex mail for a domain?

My site is hosted by Google (on Google App Engine).
Can I use Yandex.Mail for a domain (for example, on the second-level domain mail.mysiteaddress.ru)?
The current DNS zone settings are as follows (MX records are not used). What settings do you need to make for this?

For the MX record name, use "mail" instead of "@".
+ TXT record for checking the domain (according to the instructions for the mail for the domain)

Check in pdd to change the domain. Further, according to the instructions in pdd, change the MX, TXT / spf, SRV (if you need a gabber) records. Demolish the current MX, TXT.
