Can I use CMS WP by creating my own theme and plugins for the site? Those. I do not want to use template themes, crooked plugins, I would like to do everything from scratch.

Is it possible to use WP just for the sake of quickly producing pages with handwritten, unique, adequate, text? Having created the site, I ran into such a problem that I can’t support 100+ html files, if I need to fix something, I’ll have to crawl through all the files, but I would like to have a unique design.
