Is it possible to use variables in an Outlook signature?
Has anyone used variables in Outlook signatures, is it realistic to use variables from an AD/LDAP card?
I created a local signature in Outlook, it's all saved locally in AppData.
As you can see, three options are created: html, rtf and txt.
There are, for example, 200 PCs on which you need to create a signature, of course, that everything cannot be done by hand, I want to understand whether it is realistic to take the created files, replace the main names through the variables % username, % sn, % cn, etc.
Then, through the GPO, scatter these files into the default path on the PC and then somehow through the registry, force Outlook to attach the specified signature to all new / response letters.
Has anyone tried to do something like this?
