Is it possible to use the public data of the site and make an application?

There is one site with data that is taken from the public API. I want to make an application free of charge, without ads and open source and indicating the source in the application so that there are no questions at all, and publish it on Google Play. But with data from this site. Is it possible to do so? Can there be any claims from the owner of the site?

If there is no copyright content on the site - you can. If there is and the site does not prohibit the reprinting of materials - you can. Otherwise, claims may arise from the site owners or content authors.
Also, you can not use their name and symbols without the permission of the site.
However, you can always go the other way - make a generic site reader and add the target site there.

p.p. 11. Statements and guarantees (here it is better to overdo it and download permission from the site owner) A
bunch of bans were distributed. Although if you parasitize on something Russian, you can do without consequences for a long time.
