How to solve component issue in Android Studio?

After creating a new project in android studio, when you put absolutely any component, text, or button, they are always in the upper left corner of the screen on the emulator, why is that?
Without even going into the code, you just put the component, and it is always in the upper left corner, and if you put two components, then they lie on top of each other
. For example, put the text in the middle, and the button a little lower, then as a result everything lies in the upper left corner, and the button is on top of the text
If anyone had such a problem, please tell me how to solve it?

Designate ConstraintLayout (just click) and then at the top of the panel there is an icon with a magic wand, click on it.
