Is it possible to use the following scheme for using SMS-billing as payment for services?

Good afternoon!
I know that this question has been asked many times, but I did not find a suitable one for myself. What can you say about the Unitpay system ?
Interested in payment by the user for services on the site. How is this generally implemented? Is such a
scheme possible ? specifying the code on the site, a request is made to the billing system API and it checks whether an SMS was sent from this number and what activation code 4) If it was successful, then the service is considered purchased.
What other systems can you recommend that work in a similar way, or simply work without significant jambs - simply and conveniently.

Almost all payment systems use two methods. All of them are implemented in the UnitPay system.
In the first case (Mobile Commerce), the client clicks pay and then he receives an SMS with payment confirmation, as soon as the client confirms the payment, the aggregator platform notifies you of the receipt of funds - the service can be provided (automatically or manually).
The second case is quite simple and involves a direct SMS message to the operator's short number. This method has a lot of disadvantages. There is no dynamic cost of SMS, high deductions to the operator, a high probability of customer errors when entering.
We recommend using mobile commerce. It is not only convenient but also a high income from each payment.
