Is it possible to use the camera as a webcam on AVerMedia Live Gamer Portable?

My camera is Canon EOS 60D + 50mm 1.8 STM.
AVerMedia Live Gamer Portable is used for streaming from PlayStation 4.
We wanted to connect a camera to it and use it as a webcam. Is it possible?

They broadcast from 70D. The only problem is after 20-30 minutes. the camera turns off.

You may need constant power from the outlet. or for battery life. only 2 AVMs are needed, 1 - set-top box 2 - camera = 2 streams go to the PC and from there everything goes to the stream. So?
