Is it possible to use Ruby instead of JS for frontend development?

I like the Ruby syntax and many of its features. Is it possible, thanks to Webassembly or a Webpack plugin, to transpile and use it on the frontend in conjunction with Vue for example?
Frontend on Vue.rb? Well, that sounds hype.
UPD: Looked for "vue.rb", found a cool project , but I don't want rails. There, Vue is embedded in Ruby, and not vice versa. I want something like <script type="ruby">inside .vuethe file.

You can, there are several such compilers on the github. But if the project is more complicated than the standard "TODO App" demo, then it's not worth it.
Well, from this point of view it is possible. There will be something to discuss on the way from the loft anti-cafe over a cup of smoothies to the barbershop.

If you like the Ruby syntax so much, you can take CoffeeScript, it is just inspired by the Ruby syntax.
