I want to write an article on Habr, but I have ReadOnly instead of karma! How to enable karma on habré?! If not, is it possible to write articles on this subproject!

You can write an article in a sandbox. If it turns out to be good, then the administration or another Habr user will give you an invite.

As for Habr, you can get an invitation from already experienced Habr users. Alas, Habr's policy with newcomers is like this (or maybe it's for the better)

2. Do not mess with Habr. There is another community there, with clearly defined political views, filtering very harshly those whose views do not coincide. And this community has come up with very complex rules for earning the "karma" required to post.
