Is it possible to use Elastic Stack in production if it is a monitoring system used in self-written software?

Actually there is some software being developed in which there is a monitoring module - the ELK stack. Is it possible to use ELK Basic or do I need to buy licenses.
Here is the Elastic license itself:

Paragraph 2.2 is confusing, it seems like it cannot be used in production, although my English is not good enough to read the license agreement.

I'm not a lawyer, but AFAIK:
- in your production - you can
- in the product you sell - read Elastic disputes with AWS :-)
