See what project. If there are at least a couple of months before the release of MVP, it’s better to take ng1.5 and then migrate to 2.0, and if it’s half a year, then you can immediately go to two. Well, it also depends on what you need from ng2. serverside prerendering? Then the second one is better right away, but consider the risks.

Of course, there are still problems, but they are small.
Although the 10th and 11th betas are difficult to run correctly, due to the dependency on zone.js ^0.6.4: backwards compatibility is broken in the zone and the typings files are incorrect. So it's better to take beta 9 for now, or use temporary hacks
