I know that you can write the name of the company when creating a PayPal corporate account.

1. Is it possible to create and use a corporate account without restrictions (so that it is not blocked after a couple of operations), while not being registered as a self-employed or individual entrepreneur?

2. If the option above is still not possible, are there other options where you can use an alias instead of a name. I would have even arranged my name and surname in Latin, but in support they answered that now the name should be strictly the same as in the passport (Cyrillic).
