Is it possible to use a microphone from a laptop as a microphone on a stationary PC?

What up, programmer.
I have a laptop (mac book), and there is a PC on windows, but there is no microphone that I would like to use on the PC. Is it possible to use the mac microphone over the network somehow, without wires, or is there an alternative way?
ps: On the poppy there are windows in the virtual machine.

Easily! Expose on the laptop in the advanced volume settings the output of the microphone sound to the speakers. Connect the headphone output of the laptop to the line audio input (blue connector) on the computer with a jack 3.5 - jack 3.5 cable. And, voila, the sound of the laptop's microphone is transmitted to the computer, and not only the microphone, but all other sound. Therefore, we close all programs on the laptop that can sound and set the sound scheme to "Silent".
After all, you have a jack 3.5 - jack 3.5 cable lying around? Otherwise, the question is meaningless. Using all kinds of androids and programs for transmitting sound over the network is no better than recording all the sound on a laptop in a shared folder. Because these methods of audio transmission have noticeable delays.

If the toys are networked, you can try using ffmpeg for this. However, this will require some console magic.

Probably, you can, but, IMHO, it's easier to buy a microphone.
By the way, it may be more convenient to use an android smartphone or a stub as a microphone .
