Is it possible to upload two apk on Google Play: with and without Crosswalk?

I have a Cordova app that works well on Android 5+ but doesn't work well on Android 5-. The problem with 5- is solved through Crosswalk, but this greatly increases the size of the application (6mb versus 26mb, that's awful). I don't want to force users with new androids to download a large application if they can download only 6mb. Tell me, is it possible to download APK for old androids from Crosswalk on Google Play (there are two of them, besides: for ARM and x86) and separately APK for new androids? I heard something about Multiple APK, but it's not entirely clear whether (and if so, how) it can be used for my purposes.
