Но вот конкретно у вашей этот биос вышел 2016/11/23 - как-то поздновато будет по сравнению с другими производителями.
Q-Flash Plus у Gigabyte есть тока на старших материнках, у младших - Q-Flash и нужен CPU и память.
Остается программатор, поиск друзей с процем 6 поколения или сервис, где могут накинуть проц и прошить.
