Is it possible to update an android application created on a third-party service?

A somewhat confusing story... On the appsgeyzer service, you can create an application for free from a link to a site and add your own advertising. I did it, put it on google play and my app got some users. And I decided to get rid of the left ads, rewrote the application on my own, and wanted to upload it as a new version so that all users would have this ad disappear after the update, but it wasn’t there, it turned out that you can upload a new version only when you create it on that the same computer and with the same developer keys ...
The question is, is it possible to bypass these conditions, that is, upload a new version of the application to the Google Play Market, made on another hardware with a new key?

No, this is the essence of electronic keys.

As an option, update the old version and put a link to download the new one instead of the required content.
