Is it possible to update a number of records in a mongoose model?

Is it possible to update multiple records at once?
Now I have to do something like this:

array.forEach((item, i) => {
  User.updateOne(
  { id: item.id },
  {
  $push: {
  history: {
     val: item.val
   }
  }
},
() => {})
})

Is there a better option? Thank you very much in advance!
