Is it possible to unblock a protected branch in GitLab if it became so after a bug?

GitLab has been crashing on its own for weeks. Does not give access to the repository (infinite loading in the browser or an error from above, etc.).

Now the branch has become protected , by itself. Is it possible to expect that she will change her status by herself?
