Is it possible to truncate the size of the sized ORACLE 12 software?

It is NOT necessary to reduce the size of the docker image with Oracle 12. From the site, I downloaded the oracle 12 image build project to docker. after assembly, the image occupies 11 GB. Is there any way to reduce its size?
Tried to collapse, it helps, but cuts only 3 GB. Maybe you can cut some folders from the installed software?
