It is necessary to transport the computer from the factory CBO to another city, but before that it will spend the night in the car. Is it possible to expose CBO to temperatures down to -25?

If there is water, then no. If some kind of ethylene glycol is used as a coolant (which is most likely the case), then it is possible. See the CBO data sheet for operating/storage temperature ranges.
