Is it possible to transfer data from the Bitrix-1C database to another database?

There is a university website written in Bitrix-1C. As a diploma, I will redo it, but I don’t really want to write on Bitrix, and I need to save the data accumulated over the years. Is it possible to transfer all data from the Bitrix-1C database to another, it doesn't matter MongoDB or MySQL.

The data is stored in a normal mysql database, but the structure is not very logical.
It is better to do import / export from the admin panel. There like in xml files are used.
Then they are parsed and transferred to a new database
