I have a ready-made browser game in PHP and mySQL, can I somehow transfer it to PhoneGap so that I can play it on a PC and on a smartphone? Thanks in advance.

And what did not suit you with a regular browser, the user of which simply opens your game and plays!? You can also make a mobile layout / mobile version (separate) and let users rejoice.

If I'm not mistaken, it would be more correct to write a client application for your game on PhoneGap, since its implementation is on the server side

The easiest way is to insert an iframe with the address of this game into the Phonegap application, unless of course it adapts to mobile resolutions.
