Is it possible to test responsiveness by Google on a local server?

There is a site with a problem of adaptability according to Google 265c9ba0a73a4cf088c3d6c577c70504.jpg. After transferring the backup to the test domain, the subsequent check showed that it was already adaptive, how did this happen? Is it possible to check somehow the adaptability of the site on the open server?

Well, how ...
In all modern browsers there is a "developer console" - "developer tools".
In the same Chrome - RMB, context menu - "view code" (Ctrl + Shift + I), and already in the console itself - the top left icon-tablet / smartphone - "device toolbar" (Ctrl + Shift + M). And there you can already set any screen resolutions for the adaptability test.
