Is it possible to temporarily replace SMD LEDs in Samsung UE32F5020 TV?

6 out of 45 diodes immediately flew out. The resistor was changed to 4.7KOm in order to correct a known flaw (more precisely, the manufacturer's malicious intent). The voltage at the backlight input is 210V. There is no place to buy new SMDs or strips now, and they gave me the TV just like that, so this is a stand for experiments.
Thanks in advance.
PS If you can current-voltage characteristics of native LEDs, if anyone has it, please share.

I see no reason to rely on the CVC of the LED when choosing a replacement - they are all about the same. PMSM, for the selection of a replacement, the design of the diode is much more important (by the way, take a macro photo of the diode on the board, next to the match head for comparison, and place it here). I also don’t see the point in buying exactly the same ones - it’s much easier to get similar ones from LED lamps or industrial lamps (you only need to take not yellowish “warm” ones as a donor, since there is an excess of red and a lack of blue in their light, but take “cold- white").
And then - hair dryer in hand, and go!
