Is it possible to tell sphinx to only search for a specific word by the exact form?

I have a word about dishes , like dishes on which something is put. Sphinx returns results to me, where there is a word of dishes and in the context of hot and cold dishes.
Is it possible to tell sphinx to only look for a specific word in the exact form?
