Is it possible to synchronize LJ + Wordpress comments?

Is there any way to synchronize or automatically import (from LiveJournal) comments from/to Wordpress on a regular basis?
I'm looking for a solution that will check LiveJournal comments every hour/three/day and add them to a Wordpress post.
