How to download all pictures from a certain LiveJournal?

There is one abandoned blog in LiveJournal with paintings by rare artists. I want to download myself, for memory.

What is the best tool to use?

It is desirable that the downloader understands that you need to go only within LiveJournal and gradually roll back to older posts + put everything in one directory (because the file name is already unique) + do not recreate subdirectories + do not follow cross-links to other blogs in LiveJournal + do not download html, js, css, etc.

Once upon a time I tried WinHTtrack, but it seemed crooked by default and strove to climb on completely third-party sites (counters and Google analytics). Maybe there is something better for this task?

Thanks!

What you want is unlikely. Can be ordered.
I am using the old ALJ . Since the logs can be blocked at any time, at least the HTML files will remain.
Then you can already try to get direct links to images, but there are obstacles:
- if the post was written in an HTML editor, there may be direct links there - otherwise the link may be collected by the script;
- depending on the photo host, the full image cannot be obtained via a direct link;
- LiveJournal is constantly changing the way a post is formed: what worked yesterday doesn't work anymore.
