Is it possible to synchronize a folder with a folder on the SD card of an Android connected as a media device?

In general, the essence of the question is, on the one hand, Windows, on the other hand, Android is connected as a media device (not as SD), are there any utilities for synchronizing the folder with each other?
Why this might be needed:

  1. Folder with documents (instead of a flash drive, the phone is always connected for charging)
  2. Folder with music (you prepare a folder with music and it is automatically updated slowly on your phone)
  3. Web server (suddenly if someone uses it)

The network synchronization option is not considered, there is no network.

Initializing synchronization from the Android device will be very problematic. I think it's better to use special PC programs aimed at synchronizing with external media.
Here, for example, is the very first page in Google's results for the query "windows sync folders between computer and external hard drive": answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_...
They advise SyncToy 2.1. I can't say anything about it, I haven't used it. But, apparently, this is what you need.

I prefer Beyond Compare 3, but it does not work with ADB, so I use TotalCommander directory comparison, but not the most convenient implementation.
