Is it possible to subcontract some of the site development work on the framework?

I am learning how to build websites using the Laravel framework. Some I already know, some I'm still learning. But to be sure that I can solve any problems on it, I'm afraid it will take me a lot of time. In this regard, the idea arose to take orders for the development of sites, and if the solution of a particular task turns out to be too tough for me, to subcontract the task to a freelancer or company. Please tell me, is this a normal idea or am I missing something? If I don't understand, what exactly? And if normal, then who is better to work with a freelancer or an outsourcing company?

"BOX-mover" or subcontracting - that is the question!
If box-mover - then it's better to forget it right away: a lot of headaches, low margin.
If subcontracting, it is better to recruit a ready-made team of 2-3 freelancers and load them with tasks as they become available. Payment strictly according to the tasks: no specialist is required (there is no task for him) - that means we do not load him and do not pay him, respectively.
Well, the question shows that it could be one line:
Does it make sense to resell projects?

Bad idea.
It is better to ask for it as a junior, in the office or remotely. You will have mentors from whom you will draw your mind, a stable income and orders of magnitude less trouble.

Can.
But since you ask - you personally will not succeed.

Practice is normal. And the larger the project, the better.
For a start - to work with private traders, yes.
