Is it possible to store user data, including outside of Russia?

I have a server not in Russia, all operations go through it and all data is stored on it. I have a question: if I raise a server in the Russian Federation, create a database there, and before writing something to the main server, I will first write to the database on the new server, and I will still read the data from the old server, then it turns out formally I comply with the law and the most up-to-date data will always be on a server in the Russian Federation? And the fact that they are duplicated in foreign is not a violation? Please help me understand

As far as I know, the law does not yet stipulate storage only in the Russian Federation.
Federal Law 152 Article 18.5
