Is it possible to store site links by assigning multiple tags to them?

It is not convenient to store links in groups. I want to save the link and be able to assign multiple tags to them. For example, I want to save a site where you can find good photos and icons for the site (roughly speaking). I put her tag #photo, #icons. Is it actually possible to do this? So far I can't find anything :(
