Is it possible to store a variable in Google Tag Manager - an array of strings?

I would like to store a list of strings in a GTM container variable. Can it be done? Looked - like only primitive types can be stored in the container. In principle, you can get around this by "hardcoding". Store the length of the array. its identifier and keys named "value0", "value1", "value2", etc. Are there non-cycling solutions?
