Android and Etnernet network interface how to set up?

There is a network adapter that connects via Micro usb type C. Yes, the connection, it went (simpler than a steamed turnip), the Internet flew. But it works via dhcp, but I would like to set up statics, specify the PPPoE protocol, how to do this?

There are craftsmen on the Internet who show that (simply, conditionally) you turn it on, and everything works. But there are no illustrations anywhere on how to configure this network interface. Programs in the playmarket are purely for testing. The device is not rooted.

Perhaps the version of the OS and software in the firmware, which the manufacturer was not too lazy to plug in, depends on what can be configured there and what to change. Here is Samsung out of the box, without additional software.

It is possible that something else cannot be configured.
You can specify a static ip, I don’t know about the protocol, maybe a separate software for vpn will somehow help, this is a separate setting

Pppoe cannot be done without root and installing software , and it is usually difficult to replace red-eyed shares, not for the layman.
