Is it possible to start the BC motor using the LCD Program box?

Good day!
There is a Xerun 3.5T V10 G2 engine with a Xerun-120A-V3.1 speed controller (set),
I try to start the engine using the LCD Program BOX, which seems to be supposed to program all this economy, but from the available options I see only saving the program, and I don't see the launch. I'm already starting to think that I need 1 more device to run.
Is it so? Is it possible to start the engine without buying additional equipment?

For manual control, a "ServoTester" or a complete radio control kit is also required, for example:
